While some items are sold As-Is and cannot be returned, the majority fall under our return policy. Please read through the policy prior to returning any item. By honoring this policy, you allow us to continue to offer excellent brand name products at discount prices.

• Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within seven (7) business days. The order must be returned to GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics within thirty (30) days of purchase. Items received after thirty (30)-day time period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
• Upon receipt of your item, GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics will issue a credit less handling fees and the original shipping fees. GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics charges a 15% restocking fee for all non-damaged/ non-defective returned items.
• To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in original packaging and in its original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you, unless damages were caused during shipping. If you refuse the package, GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics reserves to right to liquidate and will not offer any credit to you.
• We are sorry, but we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
• Follow the Return Procedure when returning any items.

Return Procedure

ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any returned item(s) received without this number will be refused and sent back to you. No credit will be given for these items.

Email returns@ihostmall.com with your return request. You must include the Order Number, reason for the return, and personal contact information in the email. Any email received without this information will not be accepted, and a response will not be given. If the return meets the requirements, GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics will issue you a RA Number via email within 48 hours. You will need to attach this number to the outside of the package.

Returns must be received by GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics or post marked within 30 days from the original purchase date. For your protection we suggest all returns be sent through some traceable carrier.

Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the returned merchandise and issue you a credit minus the handling fee and original shipping. GMB Electronics, Electornics, Cameras, TV's, Great Electornics charges a 15% or $4.95 (whichever is greater) restocking fee for all non-damaged/ non-defective returned items. The credit will be issued directly back to the active purchasing credit card.
